Circle C operates four Group Home Programs and a Foster Care (Designated Family) Program for children and adolescents, providing a family-focused environment of treatment and therapy.   Circle C is a private, non-profit agency serving troubled children throughout the Pittsburgh area since 1967. All donations to Circle C are tax-deductible and very much appreciated.

  • Cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to event
  • Additional: $5.00/Walk-in fee
  • $5.00 invoicing fee for any person not paid by day of event
